Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options to cater to your specific needs.
Domestic Shipping (within India)
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the provided link or by visiting our Order Tracking page on our website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Threads N Molds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address or choose a shipping option with delivery confirmation if this is a concern.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Threads n Molds, we understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy in place. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that we are here to support you in case you change your mind or encounter any issues with your purchase.
7-Day Return Policy:
We accept returns within 7 Days from the date of purchase with a 2% charge on the returning item value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at connect@threadsnmolds.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item to the return address provided with your RA number.
Return Shipping:
Returns are accepted with a 2% of the total bill for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
